As a Regional Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams within the region to focus on job planning, execution, technical support, and reliability engineering while delivering customer needs to the highest Baker Hughes standards.
As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring readiness for all jobs/activities
Leading drilling services related technical and product line quality support during tender and execution
Managing incident management process reporting, Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions, lessons learned, and customer incident communication plan
Leading and controling drilling services product line performance improvement plans
Monitoring Service Delivery KPI to evaluate effectiveness of operational activity
Assigning technical job planning and support resources for job plan, technical support, and incident management
Leading and supporting new technology deployment
Conduct ingProject Readiness Assessment
Participating in business performance reviews and customer Service Quality Meetings

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Drilling Services Technical Role.
Have an Application Engineering or Reliability Engineering previous experience
Have a strong oral and written communication skills.
Have a strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
