About the Role
We’re looking for a Web Developer with strong Webflow and/or Framer experience to support our team on a part-time, freelance basis (around 5 hours per week) over the next 3 months. If you’re a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design and the technical know-how to bring websites to life, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a flexible, remote-friendly role — ideal for freelancers or developers looking to collaborate with a creative agency on impactful projects.
What You’ll Do
Design and build responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow and/or Framer
Transform design mockups into functional, interactive web experiences
Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring projects to life
Engage with clients to understand their needs and feedback
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness
Troubleshoot bugs and maintain existing websites as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience using Webflow and/or Framer
A portfolio that demonstrates strong design sensibility and technical skills
Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and modern web trends
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a bonus, not required)
Comfortable using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
Experience with animations, custom components, and basic integrations is a strong plus
