4 More Capital Partners is a boutique real estate investment firm specializing in solving complex corporate and real estate challenges through strategic advice and hands-on asset management. We operate across Germany, Austria, and the UK, focusing on delivering transparent, results-driven solutions for our clients.
Since 2023, we also invested in a small trading business and intend to keep buying more businesses outside the real estate space.
We’re now looking to expand our technical capabilities with a talented developer who can help build the next generation of tools for our business.
Tasks
Develop our bespoke CRM with MS Graph API integration, taking our existing working mock-up to a fully functional system with potential as a white-label SaaS solution
Build and maintain a real estate acquisition and deal pipeline database with advanced features including:
Automated document processing
Tenancy schedule processing (potentially integrating third-party software via APIs or develop proprietary tool)
Background calculations using cloud services
Database management (Vertex AI, Azure, Databricks)
Automated generation of property/asset briefs from existing Excel templates
Create innovative applications with commercial potential:
AI-enhanced vocabulary learning app
LLM Outlook add-ins
Development of additional productivity enhancing AI agents
Other cloud-based solutions as opportunities arise
Requirements
Strong Python programming skills
Full stack development experience with focus on backend systems
Experience working with APIs
Knowledge of database design and management
Familiarity with cloud and database platforms (Vertex AI, Azure, Databricks)
Understanding of LLM implementation and integration
Ability to deploy web applications to servers
Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and app store submission process
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Fluent English (required)
German language skills (advantageous)
Student status preferred for part-time position
