About the Hiring Company:
An international product development company with over 15 years of expertise in web development, commercial design, affiliate, and online marketing is expanding its rapidly growing CPM Ad Network. The team connects publishers with the biggest advertisers in the industry, and we’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to help attract traffic to our product and contribute to the network’s continued growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships
Negotiate high-value deals with websites and traffic providers
Optimize affiliate performance and increase conversions
Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign results
Lead recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
Attend International Conferences
The Successful Candidate:
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital advertising
Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, and hunting new sites
Proven track record of managing high-performing affiliates
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analytics
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
Good Google Sheet knowledge
Experience with Google Analytics
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus
Experience with monday.com
Experience with Jira or similar programs
