Job Description: Marketing Manager

About Us:
We are a 10-year-old B2B SaaS company specializing in building multiple SaaS products. We’re looking for a proactive, experienced, and independent Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you’ll help operationalize important functions with minimal oversight while contributing to our growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our founder, who has a wealth of experience in strategy and direction but needs a versatile, self-sufficient team member who can take ownership of projects and execute them from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who can embrace ambiguity, fill in the blanks, and bring energy and innovation to the table, especially in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Prepare and schedule posts across Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Bluesky.

Maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.

Podcast Production:

Edit video content using the web app Descript.

Create engaging “shorts” for YouTube and LinkedIn.

Design thumbnails and transcripts for podcast episodes.

Post and manage podcast episodes across various platforms.

Content Creation and Marketing:

Assist in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.

Support in creating newsletters, blog posts, and other forms of written content.

Website Management:

Update and optimize website content using WordPress and Elementor.

Process Automation:

Use Zapier to create and manage marketing process integrations, streamlining workflows.

Project Ownership:

Take full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they align with broader business goals.

Work independently and proactively, taking liberty in how tasks are executed while filling in any gaps in the process.

The role requires someone who can handle undefined or non-repeatable tasks and develop solutions autonomously.

Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.

Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor.

Familiarity with Zapier and automation/integration concepts.

Video editing experience, particularly with Descript, is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or previous experience in a company using EOS is a significant advantage.

Interest or experience in the B2B software or SaaS space is highly desirable.
