Are you highly organized, detailoriented, and looking for a longterm remote opportunity with a U.S.based company Were hiring a remote operations associate to support the daytoday business activities of a Floridabased contractor.
This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday role working Eastern U.S. hours where youll work closely with the company founder to manage scheduling, permitting, customer communication, and other admin tasks. If youre proactive, dependable, and enjoy problemsolving, wed love to hear from you.
responsibilities
Schedule appointments with customers via phone, email, or text
Keep our CRM HubSpot organized and up to date
Contact subcontractors to request quotes
Manage permit documents and inspection scheduling
Support basic HR tasks gathering paperwork from new hires
Coordinate delivery and installation timelines
Requirements
Highly Organized
Excellent written communication and English grammar
Typing speed of 45 words per minute will be tested
Quiet, distractionfree work environment
Extremely reliable punctuality is a must
Strong attention to detail
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
Interest in growing into a leadership role as the company expands
Preferred, but Not Required
Bilingual SpanishEnglish
Experience in construction, admin, or social media marketing
