Our client is now looking for a Publisher Business Development Manager (Remote):
1. Publisher Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify and onboard a wide range of publishers, including mega affiliates, mass media platforms, multichannel networks, ad networks, coupon/deal sites, cashback/reward programs, mobile partners, and performance marketing agencies.
Drive mass recruitment of bloggers, content creators, influencers, and comparison websites.
Provide a seamless onboarding experience to ensure publishers quickly adapt and integrate into the platform.
2. Publisher Relationship Management & Growth
Develop in-depth understanding of each publisher’s business model and offer tailored strategies to optimize their revenue.
Strategically grow and manage your publisher portfolio to maximize GMV, active user rates, and platform earnings.
3. Revenue Development
Build and maintain strong partnerships by delivering customized solutions aligned with publisher goals.
Create and implement strategic plans to support publisher growth and revenue generation.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Use analytics tools to track publisher performance, identify bottlenecks, and highlight growth opportunities.
Provide publishers with regular performance reports and actionable insights.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Marketing, Sales) to ensure a high-quality publisher experience.
Work closely with Product teams to provide feedback and contribute to platform enhancement.
6. Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing Publisher Management team.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to ensure team success and professional growth.
7. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
Review and refine help documentation and internal processes.
Act as a client-facing project manager, ensuring all clients undergo a thorough final review before going live.
Proactively escalate complex issues when needed and share best practices across the team.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technical developments.
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, or business development.
Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing affiliate/publisher portfolios.
Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and performance KPIs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into effective action plans.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
