Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria! You’ve got to be located in Bulgaria. If you’re located in Sofia then it’s a hybrid mode, you can still work from home yet you’ve got to visit the office a few times per week.

What youll do:
As a Travel Support Representative, youll provide outstanding assistance to travelers across the globewhether its flights, hotels, car rentals, or more. You’ll help make their journeys smoother and more memorable.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m., giving you evenings and weekends free to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
Your role will include:
Delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and chat
Understanding and resolving customer needs with empathy and efficiency
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the travel platform’s services
Supporting efforts to continuously improve customer satisfaction
Documenting customer interactions clearly and accurately
Your skills and background:
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and a good working knowledge of English
Comfortable using computers, browsing online, and handling basic PC tasks
A high school diploma and some experience in a similar role is an advantage
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work in rotating shifts if needed
