Job Title: Customer Care Representative (German B2)
Location: Varna, Bulgaria (1 week on-site for training) then, REMOTE IN BULGARIA
Salary: 2300 BGN Gross/month

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 21:00
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative with B2-level German to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and delivering outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and friendly customer support in German via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
Assist customers with queries, troubleshooting, and provide appropriate solutions
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Achieve set performance targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
B2-level proficiency in German (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
