Barden is delighted to be working with a growing technology company to identify a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant to join their finance function on a 12-month FTC.
The successful individual will work closely with the Financial Controller to support the day-to-day operations of the finance function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing technology company
This is a fully remote role, with an initial hybrid training period based in our clients North Dublin office.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Preparation and posting of month-end entries, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation.

Performing monthly reconciliations and reviews of balance sheet accounts.

Conducting variance analysis and detailed reviews of monthly profit and loss statements.

Entering supplier invoices into NetSuite and initiating payments via online banking platforms.

Recording incoming customer payments on a daily basis.

Handling and processing staff expense reimbursements.

Ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations, including preparation of VAT filings and maintaining the compliance calendar.

Supporting the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit documentation and working with external auditors.

Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance month-end closing activities.

Contributing to the ongoing improvement and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP system.

Part-Qualified Accountant.

Familiarity with operating in a multi-currency environment.
