As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fill a range of positions across different industries. You play a vital role in connecting top talent with our clients’ needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and suitability for open positions.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, including candidate communication and offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment workflows in our tracking system.
Keep abreast of industry trends to continually improve recruitment strategies and results.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a successful track record in filling positions.
Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to various industries and client requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and clients effectively.
Familiarity with recruitment software and online job platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a designated workspace for remote work.
