Responsibilities
Leverage ChatGPT Pro for market research, job insight extraction, candidate profile analysis, and message optimization.
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, we track response rates and exchange best practices weekly to help everyone grow.
Manage and update our internal Talent Pool and Hiring Pipelines in Notion.
Conduct candidate interviews independently via Google Meet. Candidates must be interviewed before being proposed to our clients.
Collaborate with our marketing team, providing market feedback to refine outreach strategies and content.
Contribute ideas while following our workflows, processes, and communication structure.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Proven work experience as a freelance recruiter, external recruiter or internal recruiter.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) as our company is international.
Committed to invest the time needed to deliver results given our tools and mentoring.
Eagerness to learn and openness to continuous feedback are essential for further developing strong organizational skills, a proactive work style, attention to detail, adaptability to new tools and dynamic processes, and the ability to build rapport quickly in a corporate environment.
Optional:
Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter is optional, provided there is familiarity with similar sourcing tools.
Experience in Workable is optional, provided there is familiarity with similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience in ChatGPT Pro is optional, provided there is familiarity with similar Generative AI tools.
Experience in Notion and in calendar apps is optional, provided strong computer skills and quick learning ability are demonstrated.
