About the Role We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team at Home Pick where you’ll work closely with our finance team to support day-to-day operations, reporting, and long-term planning. Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Work on budget preparation and financial forecasting models. Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to guide strategic decisions. Assist in the documentation and improvement of financial processes and controls. Perform ad hoc projects as needed, including market or competitor financial benchmarking. Maintain organized records and support audits or compliance reporting as necessary. Requirements Graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
