Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing sales to help grow the business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a remote environment where performance and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively present and sell to prospects
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through various stages of the sales cycle
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide feedback from customers to help improve offerings and sales strategies
Qualifications:
1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or B2C preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fully remote environment
Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and tasks
Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Preferred Skills:
Experience in remote or virtual sales
Familiarity with basic sales metrics and KPIs
Ability to adapt sales approach to different types of customers
