– Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech’s headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
To be responsible for various enhancements and subsequent 7×24 on-call support on the ImmD’s Government Office Automation (GOA) platform which include:
– provide enhancement support for the system integration between New_OSDP II and other ImmD’s systems with single sign-on feature, including GOA and User and Profile Management System (UPMS);
– provide support for notebooks on accessing Virtual Private Network (VPN) infrastructure;
– provide support for mobile handheld devices deployed with Mobile Confidential Email System (MCMS) and Mobile Workspace Services (MWS) for secure access of departmental email;
– provide enhancement support for the Departmental Portal Infrastructure on GOA;
– provide technical support and problem diagnosis for the GOA environment; and
– perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements The candidate shall possess the following essential technical skills:
(a) proficient in Active Directory administration in enterprise environment;
(b) solid system support experience in Departmental Portal services and GOA environment;
(c) solid experience in maintaining and configuring Windows Servers and Windows 10 platforms; and
(d) solid support experience in mobile devices and secure remote access services on mobile devices.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years’ experience in Departmental Portal (DPS);
. At least 2 years’ experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME);
. At least 1.5 years’ experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 1.5 years’ experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 1.5 years’ experience in work with the Government (GOV).
– Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
– At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
