Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central System Analyst

We are seeking an Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central System Analyst to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Implementation & Upgrades

Participate in the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of new modules, features, or system upgrades

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during implementation projects

Conduct impact analysis and change management related to system enhancements

Consulting users on different Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central matters

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide day-to-day support for users of Dynamics 365 Business Central

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or data inconsistencies

Liaise with Microsoft support or vendors when necessary

User Training & Documentation

Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for staff

Act as the go-to expert for functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC

Maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)

1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)

Experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design

Proven track record supporting and improving ERP systems in a business environment

Strong understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
