Resiliency is currently hiring a Recruiter to work remotely during US day time hours. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. As a recruiter you will be responsible for the following:
Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
Delivering a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering and closing the offer
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
Required to consistently hit weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements
Sourcing candidates using multiple platforms
Qualifications
6 months of recruiting experience (not required, but highly preferred)
Should be proficient in computer applications like Microsoft products, social media tools, and with CRM/ applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
