Anypear is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Creative Assistant to help elevate our brand’s online presence. In this remote position, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content for various social media platforms tailored to our audience in New Zealand and Australia.
Your role will involve brainstorming new ideas, creating eye-catching graphics, and managing our social media accounts to drive engagement and awareness of our recruitment services.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility

Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms

Monitor social media trends and engage with our audience effectively

Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Research industry developments to generate new content ideas

Requirements

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience in a similar role or field is preferred, but not required

Access to your own computer/laptop and a reliable internet connection.
