A remote first marketing agency is looking for a Senior Brand and Graphic Designer to lead the refresh of its internal brand. This isn’t about polishing what’s already there – it’s about rethinking and rebuilding the visual foundation so it’s stronger, more usable, and ready for the kind of clients the team wants to attract.
You’ll work closely with the founder, take full ownership of your projects, and play a key role in raising the overall creative standard of the team. If you’re fast, thoughtful, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
YOUR MISSION
Your first priority will be to bring focus and consistency to the agency’s visual identity. You’ll start by auditing what exists: the logos, type, colors, assets, and all the bits and pieces created over the years. From there, you’ll go on to rebuild what’s needed to create a brand system that’s cohesive and easy to work with.
This isn’t about starting from scratch, but about making sense of what’s there, improving it, and setting a higher standard going forward. Once the foundation is solid, you’ll lead the redesign of the website and help ensure that everything from social posts to internal decks feels intentional and aligned.
This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.

WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of professional design experience – agency, freelance, or in-house
A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic design thinking across brand, digital, and production work
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma proficiency is a plus
Fast and efficient execution – you work smart, don’t overcomplicate, and know how to hit deadlines
Comfortable working in high-paced, lean environments where expectations are clear, and output is measurable
Solid communicator who can collaborate across time zones and give/receive constructive feedback
Self-starter with an ownership mindset: you manage your own time, find solutions, and raise the bar
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days – You’ve reviewed all existing brand materials, identified what’s usable or needs to go, and started defining the visual direction. You’re aligned with the founder on priorities and are already producing small but strategic design improvements.
60 Days – A working brand system and style guide are in place. You’ve introduced more consistency across internal design, sped up execution, and brought more clarity to the team’s creative workflow. * 90 Days – The foundation is solid. You’re leading the rollout of updated visual assets, planning the website redesign, and fully owning the creative direction. The rebrand is in motion — and on track to be fully refreshed by year’s end.
