What You Will Do:

Design and develop high-performance banking and financial applications

Build and integrate core banking systems, payment systems, and lending platforms

Work on API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applications

Ensure compliance with banking regulations (PSD2, Basel III, IFRS, AML/KYC, GDPR)

Explore AI/ML models for fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer insights

Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment with cross-functional teams

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making

Create and maintain documentation

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive

What We Expect:

Advanced proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages, along with tools such as Jenkins, Git, the Java module system, Gradle, and Docker

Strong expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, or similar technologies

Experience with APIs and integrations, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Open Banking, and third-party fintech integrations

Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in financial services

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

Strong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codes

Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team of continuity of relevant methodology

Proven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plus

Strong knowledge of microservice architecture

Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
