We’re on the lookout for recruiters to join our growing team as independent contractors. You can be based anywhere in the EU timezone, as long as you’re driven, proactive, and love creating amazing recruitment experiences—for both clients and candidates.

🙌 What You’ll Be Doing
Running end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
Collaborating with founders and hiring managers to really understand their needs
Building smart, diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods
Being a friendly, reliable guide for candidates throughout the hiring journey
Sharing insights and ideas to continuously improve how we recruit
💬 A Bit About You
You’ve got solid recruitment experience—iGaming or Tech experience is a big plus
You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions—you just go
You love people, and it shows in how you communicate and build relationships
You’re organized, dependable, and genuinely care about getting great results
You’re fluent in English and based within an EU timezone
