About the opportunity
The Consultant role provides solutions for the existing HCM client base. This role is responsible for scoping, documenting, developing, testing, and reporting projects for a variety of HCM modules. Must ensure the timely completion of complex and multifaceted projects by collecting customer requirements and designing, configuring, and testing Dayforce HCM to meet the clients’ needs. Responsibilities also include coordinating related project activities, communicating with internal and external customers and documentation of project throughout the lifecycle. In addition, this role is responsible for providing guidance to less experienced associates and may lead on projects where more than one resource is required.
What you’ll get to do
Responsible for scoping, documenting, configuring, testing, and delivering successful completion of projects across various HCM modules.
Focus on Payroll, WFM Organization Structure, SQL, and Power BI to deliver reporting projects effectively.
Gather user requirements, prepare detailed SRS, and work with customers for design approval.
Walk customers through Dayforce Dashboard Pro features, including Power BI integration.
Lead complex projects, providing advanced support and analyzing requirements to deliver the best solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship as a subject matter expert while performing SQL coding.
Manage project workflow, coordinate resources (Dayforce, client, and vendors), and ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
Skills and experience we value
3+ years’ experience as a business/systems analyst or similar function
Must be bilingual (English/French)
1+ years’ experience working directly with Dayforce HCM required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
Specific knowledge and experience with SQL Server database.
Excellent organizational skills, follow-through on tasks, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business
Technical knowledge and experience with Dayforce HCM Implementation Tools are preferred
Experience with HR/Payroll/Time and Attendance products in HR/Payroll marketplace
Working Hours: Night Shift 4PM -1AM
