Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re looking for a Maine-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. You’ll work in a collaborative and fully remote environment where your clinical autonomy is respected, and administrative burdens are handled for you.
Your Impact as an LMFT:

Conduct therapy sessions via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform

Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Document sessions and clinical progress in a timely manner using EHR

Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive, and family-systems-informed care

Join optional case consultations and peer support groups

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the state of Maine (Required)

At least 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred

Strong skills in relational, systemic, and trauma-informed therapy

Ability to work independently and maintain clear documentation

Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital tools
