Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. In this role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while helping organizations find their ideal candidates. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. Responsibilities

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate communications and offer negotiations.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate statuses in our systems.

Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong understanding of different recruitment methods and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and clients.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a benefit.

Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
