About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll be the engine behind our revenue-generating initiatives—analyzing data, managing our performance ecosystem, and driving continuous improvement across the funnel.
This role requires a blend of technical chops, analytical thinking, creative strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, product, lifecycle, and engineering teams to optimize performance, integrate systems, and drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and other platforms—hands-on campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
Lead performance marketing ecosystem, including attribution (Hyros), CRM (GoHighLevel), landing page optimization, and email marketing integrations
Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages using tools like Replo, GemPages, and Shopify
Design and execute A/B tests and CRO initiatives using GA4, Hotjar, HubSpot, and more
Monitor and analyze funnel performance across acquisition, activation, and retention
Create dashboards and reports to share insights, learnings, and performance metrics
Collaborate with creative, lifecycle, and content teams to align messaging and visuals
Work closely with tech and product teams to ensure smooth integrations (e.g. GoHighLevel, Shopify, Zapier, etc.)
Manage or mentor junior marketers and freelancers as needed
Contribute to broader brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, delivering measurable ROAS
Deep understanding of CRM tools (GoHighLevel required), email marketing, and platform integrations
Proficient in Shopify and landing page tools (Replo, GemPages, etc.)
Strong analytics mindset with experience using GA4, Hyros, GTM, and related tools
Experience using and experimenting with AI tools in day-to-day workflows
Demonstrated success optimizing conversion rates and funnel performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Bonus: light front-end dev experience (HTML/CSS/JS), Zapier or integration experience
