Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills for training sessions.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support staff/students with technical needs.
Familiarity with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).Patience and teaching ability for diverse groups of learners.
Responsibilities & Context
Computer Operator:
Manage data entry, documentation, and file management.Operate office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) for daily administrative tasks.
Maintain system backups and monitor printer/scanner operations.
📢 Digital Marketing Trainer:
Train students on SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
Teach the use of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
Guide on building online presence and running effective digital campaigns.
🧑‍🏫 Basic IT Trainer:
Teach fundamentals of computer operation, MS Office, typing, and internet use.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and conduct practical sessions.
Assess student performance and provide feedback.
🛠️ Technical Support (Computer Troubleshooting):
Identify and solve software, hardware, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Provide on-site and remote support for technical problems.
