Role Overview
We’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist with 3+ years of proven experience in managing and
optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You should have hands-on expertise in at least one
major platform—Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Kwai—and a strong track record of
delivering results against aggressive performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CPL).
This is a remote-first position with flexible working hours, designed for high-performing
individuals who thrive independently and take ownership of campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across one or more platforms: Google, Meta,
TikTok, or Kwai.
Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and tracking systems.
Continuously monitor performance and make strategic adjustments based on data insights.
Deliver on key performance goals such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct creative testing and audience experimentation to find winning combinations.
Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results to internal teams or clients.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with creative and tech teams to improve ad assets and conversion flows.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in paid media buying, with clear performance results.
Deep understanding of at least one of the platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or
Kwai.
Strong data analysis skills using platform dashboards and tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and hit aggressive performance goals.
Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external reporting.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
Nice to Have
Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or automation platforms (e.g.,
n8n).
E-commerce or game campaign experience.
Creative thinking for ad copy and visual direction.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (especially for global campaigns).
