Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses to identify potential banking and financing needs. Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, concise information about the company’s services. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions. Accurately collect and input business information into the internal system. Follow up with leads to convert interest into confirmed appointments or successful cases. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all client interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales (experience in business loan or financial product sales is a plus). Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejections. Able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting KPIs.
