The firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience advising commercial clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, corporate governance, real estate, and finance.
This role offers frequent client interaction and collaboration with executives and fellow attorneys, requiring strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills. Candidates should be team-oriented, confident in client relations, and experienced in law firm environments.
Responsibilities include:
Advising clients on corporate transactions and governance
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business agreements
Regular interaction with corporate clients and legal teams
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant transactional experience
Strong drafting and communication skills
Active Texas Bar membership (or ability to waive in)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $120,000 – $165,000+ DOE
