IT Technician / Service Desk Agent (Remote – Based in Thailand Preferred)

Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line IT support to users globally via ticketing system, email, and chat
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
Handle basic device management using tools like Intune or Jamf
Maintain and support internal systems including in-house web applications
Collaborate with the wider IT & R&D team on improvement initiatives
Follow ITIL-based processes and documentation
Take ownership of support tasks and help improve processes over time
Requirements
4+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and general computer hardware
Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf
Familiar with Linux systems and basic Docker usage
Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems
Good knowledge of networking basics
Fluent/native English communication skills
Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
Bonus: Knowledge of Git, SQL or AWS services is a plus
