Head of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Livano Agency is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to lead and scale our affiliate and creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and more. We’re a performance-based agency working with top DTC brands and seeking a strategic lead with a proven track record.

We’re a Montreal-based agency with growing operations in Hydra, Algiers, working at the forefront of influencer and affiliate marketing for Shopify-based eCommerce brands. We value ownership, performance, and innovation.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (DTC/eCommerce focus)
Solid experience working with Shopify brands
Expertise in building and managing scalable influencer and affiliate programs
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Reliable and stable internet connection
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bonus Points:
Experience with TikTok Shop (huge plus)
Background in traditional affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, etc.)
Experience with paid media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
Responsibilities:
Own and execute our influencer & affiliate strategy across all client campaigns
Lead influencer outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Track performance metrics and optimize for ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met
Manage junior team members as we grow
Compensation:
This is a full-time, Algeria-based remote position. Salary will be paid in DZD, within local Algerian compensation standards, and aligned with your experience and performance.
