Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams to coordinate development efforts, resolve roadblocks and optimize workflows
Define project milestones, key delivery dates, and success metrics while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies
Drive stakeholder engagement including internal leadership, partners, and customers to align expectations and father feedback
Establish and refine the program management processes, best practices, and tools
Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring transparency and helping to align on priorities
Partner with the CTO to share and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy, team deliverables, and long-term vision
Skills & Experience Required:
10+ years semiconductor industry Program Management experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and executive teams
Experience working with engineering teams including ASIC, SoC, and software development teams
Proven experience in program management within the semiconductor industry, or related hardware product company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks
Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles, preferable in secure computing applications
