■Role & Responsibilities

■Main tasks include
・Define and execute the engineering vision and strategy

経験・スキル ■Requirements
・6+ years of experience in engineering and 3+ years in a leadership role
・Proven experience in scaling engineering organizations
・Strong understanding of product and business strategy
・Proven ability to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
・Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
・Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
・Ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions
・Fluent English and business-level Japanese language skills
・Experience with SaaS or B2B software development is a plus
