BlackLine Support Analyst – Finance 📍 Location: Remote from LATAM 💰 Freelance Contract – Paid in USD Position Summary: We are looking for a BlackLine Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and business administration support within the BlackLine application. This role is essential for optimizing and scaling the platform, ensuring seamless access for users, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with support engineers, application managers, and developers to enhance support processes, troubleshoot issues, test new functionalities, and improve system performance. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Resolve user inquiries via ticketing systems, email, and chat. ✅ Manage user accounts, system configurations, and application permissions. ✅ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document software-related issues. ✅ Escalate complex cases to advanced support when needed. ✅ Participate in testing, implementation, and updates of system enhancements. ✅ Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential service disruptions. ✅ Support onboarding activities by providing access and training to new users. ✅ Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
