We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled IT Consultant to join the Service Delivery team. This is a key role responsible for resolving complex, high-priority technical issues and supporting the delivery of both reactive and proactive services, including large-scale projects.
The successful candidate will act as a senior escalation point for the team, managing technically demanding tickets, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction. The role involves a mix of remote and on-site support, as well as contributing to project planning and execution. They will also mentor junior staff and help foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL. They will need strong communication, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
