As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team and help amplify our message across social platforms.

### **Position Overview**
The Social Media Assistant will support our brand by managing and growing our online presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our community. You will work directly with the Marketing Team to develop social media strategies that reflect our brand’s voice and values. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital communications, community building, and wellness.

### **Key Responsibilities**
– **Content Creation & Curation:**
– Develop and schedule daily posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) that promote our brand message and values.
– Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and written content (quotes, tips, blog snippets) that resonate with our target audience.
– Stay updated on trends in coaching, social media, and digital marketing to keep content fresh and innovative.
– **Social Media Management:**
– Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistency in posting, brand messaging, and adherence to campaign timelines.
– Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
– Assist in moderating discussions and fostering a safe, supportive space for our followers.
– **Analytics & Reporting:**
– Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
– Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and boost overall engagement and follower growth.
– **Strategy & Collaboration:**
– Collaborate with the Marketing Team to brainstorm content ideas, campaign themes, and social media strategies that support business goals.
– Assist in planning, executing, and promoting virtual events (e.g., live Q&A sessions, webinars, workshops) that drive engagement and brand awareness.
– Work with external vendors or freelancers when needed (e.g., graphic designers, videographers, or copywriters).
– **Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks:**
– Maintain organized digital archives of content, schedules, and assets.
– Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and new features to explore innovative ways to engage with our audience.
– Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed (email campaigns, blog management, etc.).

### **Qualifications & Requirements**
– **Experience:**
– Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably within a wellness, coaching, or lifestyle context.
– A portfolio or sample of social media campaigns or posts that highlight your creative and strategic approach.
– **Skills:**
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey empathy, authenticity, and engagement, consistent with a coaching brand.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Canva) and basic analytics platforms (native insights on Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
– Basic graphic design and video editing skills (experience with Canva is a must).
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.

### **Preferred Experience and Qualifications**

– Knowledge of SEO,AI, digital marketing best practices, and email marketing platforms.
– Ability to work flexibly across time zones for occasional live events or collaborations.
