We’re on the hunt for a highly creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer: Visual Brand Design who’s excited to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint – from scroll-stopping Instagram graphics to beautifully designed print brochures and expo displays, you’ll play a central role in how the world experiences ICOSA Brewhouse.

We’re not just looking for someone to support our team – we’re looking for someone to lead and level up our brand presence. As Graphic Designer: Visual Brand Design, here are some areas you’ll focus on:
1. Visual Brand Identity & Execution

Own the evolution and consistency of our visual brand across all platforms

Develop campaign visuals that support launches, events, and seasonal promotions

Collaborate on creative direction and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns

2. Digital Design (Social, Web, Email)

Design social content: Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, carousels, etc.

Create website graphics and UX-supportive assets like banners and product visuals

Design email headers, layouts, and supporting graphics

Resize and adapt designs for different formats and channels

3. Print Design & Physical Assets

Create print-ready materials: brochures, inserts, business cards, expo displays

Work with print specs to ensure files are accurate and professional

Help develop beautiful product packaging and physical brand experiences

4. Photo Editing & Asset Creation

Retouch and edit product and lifestyle photography

Prepare polished, high-quality visuals for web, email, and social channels

Bonus: Use AI tools to generate or enhance product and campaign assets

5. Collaboration & Optimization

Work with our marketing and creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts

Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, touchpoints, and formats

Provide input on what’s working and how we can improve

ABOUT YOU / REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
This is a mid-to-senior level role which means you’ll have proven experience with a polished portfolio.
Must have skills or experience:

4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in e-commerce or lifestyle brands

Proficiency in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom.

A polished portfolio that shows off strong visual identity systems, social media graphics, print design, and digital marketing assets (ex. Web banners, UX layouts, ads, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship – you sweat the small stuff

Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills

Comfortable receiving feedback and refining work without ego

Optional but a big plus:

Figma and Canva (for collaboration and quick-turn social content)

Experience with email layouts (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

Light video editing or animation skills for reels or stories

Infographic or illustration experience

Experience using AI tools for asset generation

Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and/or brand teams

PAY, WORKING HOURS, HOW TO APPLY:

This will begin as a contract role and, if we work well together and meet performance goals, has the opportunity to quickly turn into a full time monthly salary position. Estimated salary range is:
Contract position is: $5-11 (10-30 hours/week, depending on workload) and
Full time position: $Upgrade to see actual info(40 hours/week).
Compensation depends on skill level, relevant experience, and role fit.
