Software Engineer Full Stack
Location: 100 Remote (Madrid-based preferred)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Full Stack Engineer to take on a Technical Lead role within a high-impact development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with strong leadership skills and deep experience in modern full stack technologies.
Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a development team, ensuring delivery of high-quality code, and guiding the team through technical challenges. You will work remotely, participating in architectural decisions, sprint planning, and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical direction and day-to-day operations of a full stack development team
Coordinate development tasks and mentor team members to follow best practices
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions
Ensure efficient delivery of scalable, secure, and performant applications
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proven track record in technical leadership or team management
Strong proficiency in:
Java (backend development)
TypeScript Angular (frontend development)
SQL (data handling and database development)
Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written)
Desired Skills:
Experience with Stencil (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in agile environments
Ability to conduct and participate in technical interviews and assessments
Work Format:
100 Remote (Spain-based candidates only)
Occasional virtual meetings and collaboration with Madrid-based teams
Participation in technical testing and client interview is required as part of the selection process
