Key Responsibilities

Assist Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, providing them with accurate information and support.

Maintain clear and concise documentation of client interactions and feedback to aid continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other team members remotely to achieve common goals and enhance service delivery.

Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively respond to client needs.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus.

Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Familiarity with remote working tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

A self-motivated and organized individual capable of managing tasks independently.

Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate varying client needs.
