Position Overview:
SiteOne has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, and we are expanding our distribution center network to ensure best in class service levels to our branch locations. We are looking to hire a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Systems that will play an integral role in the launch and ongoing support of this new system and will be based in the greater Atlanta, GA market or can be remote.
This position will work with cross functional teams to implement an industry leading SaaS based Warehouse Management System. The ideal candidate will have previous logistics systems implementation experience, experience with Manhattan Associates or similar software solutions, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service for a wholesale or retail organization while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Experience with new site startup and process building and documentation is preferred.
This position will be required to travel to 5 Distribution Center to support implementation of all logistics systems. Travel is estimated to be once every 6-8 weeks with the majority being between November 2025 – January 2026.
What you’ll do:
Become the “go-to” power-user for all logistics systems for the SiteOne Logistics team
Training end-users on functionalities and best practices for all logistics systems
Have a well-balanced perspective on business needs, software limitations, and carrier capabilities/needs to determine the best scenario that will meet the needs of the business and customer
Be the point person for:
Training and training material development
Documentation development
Configuration and testing
Communication on system changes
Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language
Interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
Translate business objectives into tactical systems requirements and vice versa, effectively communicate based on audience
Collaborate with Operations leadership, Inventory Control, WMS application support team, and internal IT resources to resolve system related issues
Make recommendations for logistics systems enhancements to maintain the integrity of business expectations and performance standards
Support other internal and external business units as required
Manage logistics projects as required internally with the Supply Chain leadership team
Estimated starting salary:
$75,000-$95,000 annual
Skills We Are Seeking::
4-year degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years’ experience in distribution operations, supply chain, or similar role as part of a retail or wholesale operation
Experience managing logistics systems related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, configuration and testing, and process improvement initiatives
WMS/TMS or other logistics systems administration management experience
Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
Experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS experience a plus
Experience with SQL or other query/programming language a plus
Functional knowledge of other supply chain management applications (ERP, IP&R, TMS, YMS, etc.) a plus
A track record of providing superior customer service and exceeding expectations
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in the green distribution, irrigation, nursery, or landscape industry is a plus
Ability to travel domestically 10-25% of the time
