Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule interviews and manage communications between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
No prior recruitment experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others.
Basic understanding of online recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Desire to pursue a career in recruitment and enthusiasm for connecting talent with opportunities.
