Overview:
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to provide support for an O&M contract in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities:

Manage procurement and purchasing functions for the program.

Manage subcontracts supporting the program.

Ensure critical services, parts, supplies, materials, and equipment are available to support the program.

Utilize government compliant procurement procedures and best industry practices for purchasing actions.

Manage vendor service agreements, purchase orders, and BPAs.

Maintain robust supply chain across all classes of supply.

Supervise local buyers.

Interface with corporate procurement department for support and guidance.

Prepare reports and contract deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience may be substituted.

8 years of experience providing procurement support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.

2 years of supervisory experience.

Proficient written and verbal communicator.

Familiarity with Costpoint procurement functions.

Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Working Conditions:

Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
