Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are an asset.
No previous recruitment experience needed; we will provide thorough training.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
