Key Responsibilities
Engage with Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, providing excellent support and assistance.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and meet common goals.
Continuously learn about our services and products to provide informed solutions.
Actively seek customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Proficient in using computers and technology for communication and task management.
A self-motivated individual with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
