About the Role
We are a fully remote, fast-moving digital team specializing in custom web design and development for mid-market and enterprise clients. With 40+ team members across strategy, design, development, and project management, we operate with a high standard for both performance and culture fit.
We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (10 years is preferred but if you are an all-star, high-performer with metrics to support your experience, we would love to consider you). The ideal candidate is a strategic talent partner who knows how to source, assess, and close top-tier candidates across roles in design, development, project management, sales, and strategy. You will lead recruitment from intake to offer and work closely with leadership to make smart, timely hiring decisions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, and closing
Collaborate with executive leadership to define role requirements, scorecards, and compensation ranges
Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, niche job boards, and referrals
Evaluate candidates for both cultural alignment and technical/functional fit
Run structured, efficient processes that deliver a positive candidate experience
Maintain clear and timely communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics; report regularly on progress
Build and manage a talent bench of freelance and full-time candidates for future needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience minimum in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in agency, tech, or digital environments (10 years experience preferred)
Demonstrated success hiring for a variety of roles including designers, developers, PMs, and sales professionals
Experience recruiting remote global talent (e.g., U.S., Latin America, India, etc.)
Strong judgment and intuition when evaluating talent
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Lever, or equivalent)
Bonus Qualifications
Experience recruiting for creative or digital agencies
Ability to improve internal hiring processes and create documentation or playbooks
Established network of freelance and full-time professionals in design, development, and project management
