About the Role:
We’re looking for 2–5 Sales Representatives to join our team immediately. This is a remote role, ideally based in South Africa, focused on calling new and existing clients to offer high-quality latex glove products. The sales process is conversational and service-oriented — we’re not looking for pushy closers, but for thoughtful communicators who can build trust and deliver value.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
Guide prospects through our product offerings in a consultative and friendly manner
Manage warm leads and provide ongoing customer service
Close deals with professionalism and integrity
Maintain accurate records of activity and performance
What We’re Looking For:
Based in South Africa (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, ideally B2B or product-focused
Strong conversational and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, high-performing, and excited to contribute to a growing business
Able to work independently and take initiative
