Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job descriptions.
Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to hiring.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; a genuine interest in supporting candidates.
Basic familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
