We are hiring a Remote Video Editor/Motion Graphics Specialist with strong motion graphics skills. Your primary role will be to edit short-form and mid-form video content while incorporating dynamic, on-brand motion design. From kinetic text and product animations to transitions and brand visuals, your motion skills will take our content to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Edit engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and ads
Add motion graphics and animations that enhance clarity, energy, and brand feel
Build templates and repeatable assets that align with our visual identity
Animate product features, testimonials, infographics, and campaign visuals
Collaborate with the creative team to bring storyboards and rough edits to life
Stay up to date on motion trends, plugin tools, and animation best practices
Work within deadlines and deliver high-quality exports in various formats
Requirements
Expert in DaVinci Resolve
Proficient in motion graphics tools (Fusion, After Effects, or similar)
Strong sense of animation timing, hierarchy, and brand consistency
Proficient in English for subtitle accuracy and understanding edit context
Experience creating clean, scalable templates and reusable assets
Knowledge of 2D design, typography, and graphic layout in motion
Ability to take direction and contribute creative solutions to enhance content
Experience with photo editing and retouching (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
Bonus: Experience with DTC brands, eCommerce, or health/fitness content
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of video editing experience
Portfolio showcasing motion-enhanced video content
Experience with direct-to-consumer or content marketing is a plus
