Key Responsibilities:
We’re currently seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our team and bring structure, momentum, and clarity to our projects. While our estimators perform well, we need someone to own the execution and drive projects from approval to client satisfaction—with autonomy and grit.
This is not a babysitting role. It’s for someone who is self-led, solution-oriented, and thrives in a flexible remote environment.
– Own and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue, Profitability, Client Satisfaction.
– Monitor and manage Compliance: Estimate uploads, job completion times, customer follow-ups, satisfaction scores.
– Expand and manage the subcontractor network.
– Conduct virtual and occasional on-site meetings with U.S. teams and contractors.
