We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for retail stores and corporate offices. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system setup for new stores, and IT maintenance across multiple locations. Experience with RetailPro POS or similar retail systems is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail IT Support (Onsite & Remote):
Onsite IT setup & troubleshooting for new and existing retail stores (POS systems, network infrastructure, attendance systems)
Remote IT support for overseas stores via phone and remote access tools
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for retail systems (POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers)
System & Application Support:
Manage access rights, ERP, CRM, and POS systems
Provide onsite and remote training for store staff on IT systems
Assist in HQ-driven IT projects (system upgrades, migrations)
Office & Corporate IT Support:
Onsite desk-side support for office users (PCs, laptops, printers)
IT asset management (inventory, maintenance, procurement)
Network/server maintenance
Global IT Operations:
Travel occasionally to retail locations (local/overseas) for onsite troubleshooting and installations
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for urgent IT issues (including weekends)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1-2+ years of onsite & remote IT support experience (retail IT experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with RetailPro POS, SQL, VB scripting, or similar retail systems is a plus
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and networking (routers, firewalls, VPN)
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written & spoken)
Must be willing to travel locally/overseas for onsite support when required
Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure
(Note: This position requires flexibility for onsite visits, occasional travel, and on-call duties.)
